Milk Chocolate Caramel
Butter browned to the edge of nutty, drawn into slow caramel, wrapped in milk chocolate.
The Dozen
Poured where the canyons meet the coast, about an hour after the sun goes down.

No. 02 · Dark
The same slow caramel under a clean snap of bittersweet dark — deeper, a shade less sweet.

No. 03 · Dark
The backyard kind, sharp and sun-warm, zested the morning we pour. Tastes like January in Laguna, which is to say: summer.

No. 04 · Milk
Purple yam, gently nutty and vanilla-sweet — the violet hour, in a shell.

No. 05 · Milk
Caramelized banana and warm spice, like the loaf pulled out a little past golden.

No. 06 · White
Cinnamon and sweet rice folded into white chocolate — our only white, and the box's last word.
Our Kitchen
Seren began in a kitchen in Laguna Niguel — a chocolatier and her brother, and the idea that a good chocolate should be a pause, not a snack. The kind of pause you take late, when the house has gone quiet and the day finally belongs to you.
A good shell breaks with a clean snap and melts slower than you expect; we don't box a batch that doesn't. The rest is patience — small batches, tempered and finished by hand.
