Products

Everything we sell is a fresh, handmade food product. Appearance varies box to box — that's the point — and flavors rotate with the seasons.

Orders & payment

Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. We may decline or refund an order we can't fulfill safely (for example, shipping chocolate into a heat wave we can't beat).

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates. Once a carrier confirms delivery to the address you gave us, the order is considered delivered.

Problems

If an order arrives damaged, melted, or wrong, contact us within seven days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. That's the extent of our liability — we're a chocolate kitchen, not an insurance company.
